New games list: check iPhone Duo game compatibility in one place
Duo Tracker now has a dedicated games list with 400 titles, status and iPad filters, search by name, developer or App ID, and expandable regional verification records.
Games used to be mixed into the main app directory. To check how a game behaves on Duo, you first had to switch to the Games category and then scroll past tools and utilities. The questions are also a little different: apps are mostly about layout and split views, while games are about whether the picture fills the screen, whether touch and controllers work, and whether expanding leaves black bars.
That is why there is now a dedicated page: the games list.
What is included
As of October 24, 2026, the games list contains 400 games: 283 from the China storefront and 117 from the US. Each game has a single regional record and is not duplicated across regions.
There are two sources:
- The 27 editorial modules currently shown on the China App Store games page, covering 244 games. Cards show which modules a game appears in.
- The Games category charts: 100 free games and 100 paid games.
After de-duplicating by App ID, that comes to 400 games. 200 come from the category charts and another 200 are included only through editorial modules. Modules are used for inclusion and as card labels, not as a separate filter: the same game can appear in several modules, and filtering by module would fragment the list.
Finding a game faster
- Search by app name, developer, App ID, alias or regional store name, with fuzzy matching.
- Status: adapted, partially adapted, in progress, unsupported or pending.
- iPad version: filter by whether the App Store package carries an iPad version flag.
- Paging: 20 games per page by default, with a “Show more apps” button at the bottom. Changing a filter returns to the first 20.
Cards keep only what is needed: the app name (up to two lines), status, category, iPad badge and editorial module tags. Expand “Verification records” to see each region’s status, store version, verification date and notes, plus a direct App Store link for that region.
Where verification stands
Only 9 of the 400 games have a verification result so far:
| Status | Count |
|---|---|
| Adapted | 7 |
| Partially adapted | 2 |
| Pending | 391 |
This does not mean the other 391 cannot run. It means there is not enough manual verification yet. The games list keeps “has anyone tested it” separate from “does it run”, and leaves a game as pending rather than inferring a result from package metadata.
One field needs a note: all 400 games currently carry the iPhone / iPad universal package flag, so the iPad filter does not narrow the list yet. That flag comes from the App Store package and only means the game ships an iPad layout. It is not the same as a verified result on Duo.
How the pages divide the work
| Page | Scope | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| App directory | Every app, including pending | Checking the current status of a specific app |
| Games list | Games category and editorial game modules | Browsing games only, filtered by status or iPad version |
| Adapted list | Adapted and partially adapted apps | Picking from apps that already work |
| Recommended | A small subset of adapted apps | Finding apps with standout design and experience |
For a deeper breakdown of the numbers, read the iPhone Duo game compatibility report. If the criteria are unclear, start with the inclusion standard.
Getting there
“Games” is in both the top navigation and the footer. The Chinese and English pages are /games/ and /en/games/. The page is generated from the app directory and the official game modules rather than a hand-maintained list, so chart updates, module changes and new verification results show up automatically.
If a game you play is missing, or its behaviour on the expanded screen does not match what the page records, send us a note through the feedback form in the footer.
